Shelly has been a licensed real estate agent for eight years and currently serves as the Broker for MinnWisc Realty.  She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Her main role with MinnWisc Realty is making sure each transaction runs smoothly and clients are satisfied.  In her spare time, Shelly enjoys hanging out with her family, gardening, and fishing. In addition to a licensed realtor since 2017, I'm a developer and Real Estate investor. I have experience developing multifamily projects, build for rent communities, townhomes, single family homes and land development.
